Fine blanking is a specialty type of high precision metal stamping that can achieve part characteristics such as flatness and full sheared edge to a degree that is nearly impossible using a conventional metal cutting or punching process.

 

       We use 400 tons of Fineblanking machine to stamping the product which can reduce many processes (in machining) and also to reduce processing cost. 

 

       The product that made from Fineblanking machine will have high standard and high precision with same flatness and sheared egde.
